Religion:
There is a super hero inside everyone of us.... that's the theme on the school bulletin board. Please colour your super hero creatively and write something that you do at school that is courageous. Some of the ideas you shared were:
- standing up for others
- sharing an idea when you're not sure it is correct
- asking someone to be your friend
- doing what is right instead of what everyone else is doing
- being a friend
- trying to learn something new
Math
Remember when we make purchases (buy things) we have to find the TOTAL first (add) then find the CHANGE (subtract). These are two-step problems. Practice calculating change with money not just using pencil and paper.
Social Studies / Drama
Friday you will be presenting your Weather Report to the class. This is your chance to let your creativity shine. Costumes, props, power points all make your report look and sound more real and show great INITIATIVE. I can't wait to watch them!
