Literacy / Social Studies
Do you remember the difference between a physical region and a political region?
In a non-fiction informational text, where might you find definitions of important words?

Stewards are guardians or people who cares for something that does not belong to them.
We discussed some of the gifts that we get from the Earth such as water, fish, air, trees, food and minerals. Knowing all of this, what do you think was St. John Paul II message?

Make sure you complete pages 1, 3 and half of page 2 in your booklet. Colour the landform map lightly and neatly. Make sure you colour the boxes and label the different landform or physical regions in Canada.

We will start the day with review..... make sure you know and understand the information in the first few pages of your booklet and the map on pages 10 and 11 of the text.

Math
Remember to include all the parts of a pictograph in your notebook. Title, scale, labels (choices). All symbols must be identical, lined up and coloured neatly.

Complete and colour your page neatly.

Read the labels of different foods at home. What information do labels give us?
