When you're evaluating your eating habits write about whether or not you ate enough servings of each food group and on the variety of foods you are eating in each food group. Use this part of Canada's Food Guide:
Family Life
Cherish the everyday family activities that you do at home..... hockey practice or meal time or movie night or playing the snow or tobogganing...
Math
Adding mentally... keep practicing. Choose any two digit numbers and try your two strategies we wrote down today.
Report Cards
Today you received your report card. First, celebrate the many things that you are doing well and your strengths. Next, look at areas that you think you need to improve. Think of the reason why you are perhaps not doing as well as you'd like. Is it related to a learning skill? Finally, what is your next step? What are you going to do to change things around or improve? Be honest, but don't be too hard on yourself. Remember, a report card is just snapshot of your achievement at a certain point in time.
