Today we did some tricky problems in measurement using the strategy of drawing a picture. Can you figure out these two problems?
Spongebob lives 13km west of Squidward. Patrick lives 11km east of Squidward. How far apart do Patrick and and Spongebob live?
Mickey lives 72 km west of Minnie. Goofy lives 36km east of Mickey. How far apart do Minnie and Goofy live?
Hint: Draw your line and start with the first clue.
