Please share the information about "Sound Sense" on the handout with your parents. We learned today that is not only how loud a sound is, but how long we are exposed to it.
Do not put the ear plugs in your ears without your parents watching. They are meant to protect your ears not hurt them!
Math
Most of you completed your Skills Bank and some of you worked very hard and completed Chapter Review. Because we didn't get as far with the review, your test is moved to next Thursday. Keep practicing your times tables and multiplication and division strategies. Make sure you understand the relationship among the size of the factors and the product, and the size of divisor and the quotient. The larger the factors, the larger the product. The larger the divisor, the smaller the quotient.
Social Studies / Writing
We're still working on the second paragraph and that's okay! Writing conferences are very important and take some time. Some of you have revised your work and it much clearer and easier to follow.
Independent Work
