Today we talked about the different speeds of sound. Sound must travel through a material. Material or matter is made up of particles. Particles in the SOLID are closer together, so sound travels fastest through a solid and slowest through a GAS.
There is no track and field try-outs tomorrow. You are asked to bring your gym clothes and running shoes every day next week. If the weather is cooperative (nice) on one day, we will have try-outs. The decision will be made on that morning so you must be prepared!
